Stage for an orchestra, singer-songwriter and a dancer
In 2010 Stichting G.A.N.G. asked me to design and produce the head stage for the traveling cultural festival Brachen Siedlung. KAPKAR/ PBS-X4 is the result, made of used plywood with striking heavy beam constructions that in its appearance refers to the sturdy functional architecture of the industrial landscape in the Ruhr area in Germany.
During Brachen Siedlung performances took place on this stage of Doornroosje (N.E.W.), Michiel Flamman, Sennen, GoSHort Int. Short FilmFestival, Gift/ Jens van Daele, Doble Ocho (Tango), Orkest de Ereprijs, Literair productiehuis de Wintertuin, productiehuis de Lindenberg and Ensemble uit Het Gelders Orkestlab.
